    To create a gang we are going to need to generate the following:

    GANG NAME

    To generate a gang name I recommend Adjective + Noun, Adjective + Location, or Location + Noun, but sometimes Adjective + Location + Noun works. Roll at least 2d10 on the n Examples: Park Avenue Co-op, Crimson Reavers, or Laughing Lakeside Drive Legion.

    Example Gang

    The Golden High Point Gonks are a a bunch of cybernetically enhanced fools running a protection racket of the local business and residents, aren't afraid to assault and kill people for money or sport, and enjoy breaking and entering more than the next guy or gal. The gang is opportunistic in its growth. They are only a few months old and already control a neighborhood.

    GANG LEADER

    Roll 3d10 to determine the handle, style of the gang leader, and skill focus. I personally like to use the handle to inspire an affectation for the NPC. For example, Bones walks around with a necklace of pinky bones from people she has killed. Pyro is always playing with matches or a lighter. Stacks is always throwing around money like he it is never going to run out.
